Professional Services
OzDyne provides technology consulting, software development, AI integration, cloud infrastructure, hardware development, electronics prototyping, 3D printing & CAD design, and automotive & motorsport services.
Software Applications
We develop and maintain software applications including Boost & Balance (fitness and mental health), Sim-Racing Timing (real-time leaderboards), and Apex Insights (AI race engineering).
Custom Solutions
We provide custom technology solutions tailored to client requirements, including but not limited to electric vehicle systems, motorsport technology, and industrial automation.
User Responsibilities
Lawful Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

Payment Terms

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort, or otherwise.
